YOUR INDIVIDUAL STYLE, OPTIMAL GEOMETRY...

QUEENTILE VERONA profile – a design that embodies the ideas of Mediterranean style. The effect of a natural shingle roof with a semi-circular wave section. The profile's shape is based on a comparative analysis of similar designs from competitors and feedback from professional roofers. All of this has allowed us to create the optimal wave geometry that has no analogs in the world.

Its advantages:

  • Shingles can withstand winds of up to 250 km/h
  • It has high resistance to temperature variations, freezing, and extreme heat
  • It hardly fades in the sun (the stone chips are colored at high temperatures, ensuring color stability)
  • Noisy-free
  • The material has a fire safety class of A
  • Lightweight (the weight per square meter of coverage does not exceed 6.5 kg) – it can be used as a replacement for any roofing material that has reached the end of its service life. Cost-effective logistics
  • The coverage has minimal waste
  • Legal warranty from the manufacturer directly to the end consumer — 50 years!
  • Possibility of returning unused tiles and additional elements to the manufacturer's warehouse

QUEENTILE composite shingle – a complex multilayer material. The base is made of Korean steel with a protective aluminum-zinc coating on both sides. This coating provides corrosion protection that far exceeds the properties of standard galvanizing. The thickness of the "Aluminum-Zinc" layer is 150 g/m2. The surface of the steel is covered with a specially developed bonding material based on acrylic, which holds the granules of natural stone (basalt). The stone layer, in turn, is treated with a special transparent acrylic glaze that additionally protects the surface from fading, UV radiation, infrared radiation, moisture penetration, and prevents the growth of moss.

QUEENTILE composite shingles are produced on an innovative, fully automated line manufactured in Italy and operated by Italian technology.

The raw materials used are sourced only from leading global manufacturers:

  • Steel "Aluminum-Zinc" — global conglomerate Union Steel, South Korea
  • Acrylic bonding, acrylic glaze – European production (the formula is patented and confidential).
  • Granules of natural stone (basalt) baked in a paint capsule — GEOBITEK, Italy

QUEENTILE composite tiles and all raw materials used have all the necessary quality certificates.
