- Monitoring the CRM system;

- Tracking and verifying the effective actions of sales managers;
- Organizing regular sales department events (meetings, workshops);
- Handling incoming calls in the sales department.

- High level of proficiency in English;
- Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years;
- Experience in contract negotiations and document preparation for exports;
- Ability to build relationships with foreign partners;

Responsibilities:
- Conducting negotiations and finding new clients;
- Monitoring orders, production deadlines, and product shipments;
- Planning, preparing, and managing export operations;
- Checking and preparing documents for customs clearance of goods;
- Interaction with carriers and brokers;
- Participation in organizing advertising and exhibition activities;
- Keeping records and reporting.
