Choose the suitable delivery and payment method when placing your order!
Warehouse Pickup:

You can choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouse. We recommend contacting us in advance to check product availability and to schedule your pickup for optimal convenience. When placing your order, please select 'warehouse pickup' as your delivery method or mention it when ordering over the phone. Confirm product availability and delivery timelines, and arrange a pickup time that suits you to collect your order directly from our warehouse.

Delivery by Nova Poshta:

If you prefer to receive your goods via Nova Poshta, simply specify this during the order process or inform our manager. We will quickly confirm your order and send you a tracking number (TTN) for shipment tracking.

Transport Company Delivery:

For orders requiring specific delivery conditions, we offer shipping services through professional transport companies. Choose this delivery option, and we will provide you with all necessary information, including a tracking number, after confirming your order.

Courier Delivery:

We also provide courier delivery for the convenience of our clients. This option is perfect for fast and secure receipt of goods directly to your doorstep. The cost and terms of delivery will be agreed upon when your order is confirmed.

Direct Site Delivery:

Understanding that some orders may require a personalized approach, we can arrange for direct delivery to your specific location upon agreement. The cost and specifics of such delivery are discussed on a case-by-case basis. Delivery costs are borne by the customer.

Return of remaining products:

If you have unused QUEENTILE products after installation, you can return them to the manufacturer. To do so, arrange the delivery date and time, return the products to the manufacturing site by any means convenient, and bring your invoice number, order number, TTN, and proof of payment. Our warehouse staff will check the products for quality and quantity, and if the products are undamaged, a refund will be issued within 5 business days. Please note: custom-made products to individual specifications that are not stock items are not returnable. Be careful when placing orders and thoroughly check the sizes you are ordering. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Cash Payment:
  • Upon collection at the branch (subject to certain restrictions);
  • At the company's central office;
  • Through any nearest company representative in your region;
Non-Cash Payment:
  • For individuals: Via bank transfer accessible throughout Ukraine. You can pay the issued invoice through any bank (a banking fee may apply). Once payment is received in our account (typically by the next day), the goods are handed over to the delivery service. Please inform our managers once the payment is made.
  • For legal entities (including VAT payers): Direct delivery is available with non-cash payment. An order over 500 UAH requires submission of a set of documents.
Credit Card Payments via VISA/MASTERCARD on WayForPay:

Direct payment on the website at checkout. Thanks to the 3D Secure technology from Visa's "Verified by Visa" and MasterCard's "MasterCard SecureCode," your online transactions are protected.

Important! Only the cardholder can receive goods paid for using Visa/MasterCard.
